I have constant knee and hip pain. Walking is very difficult. Due to serious knee pain, I was having a lot of difficulty getting up and down my stairs. I had a real fear of falling and ending up in the hospital. My railing didn't help, even though my hand strength wasn't really affected. I called Lockport Home Medical for a quote to install a stairlift. The man came out and measured my staircase and thoroughly explained the installation process. I took a chance and purchased the recommended stairlift. They installed it in less than two hours.
